Quality Circle is a worldwide forum which works to help solve certain problems that arise in one’s day to day life. It is highly prevalent in the Corporate sectors where workers face a lot of problems.

In school, it is used as a tool to understand the problems of the students which can be solved at the Peer level. Students work on a common platform discussing the various problems faced by students at different peer level and try to find a solution to them. Brainstorming and group discussion help them to put together their diverse views on a given problem and thereby coming to a solution through a common consensus.
